After an Auto Accident

A small publication written by the Financial Services Comission of Ontario (FSCO) covers much of the pertinent information on how your auto insurance policy responds after you’ve had an automobile accident.  I’ve included a link to it below.

This provides the answers to many questions that arise after the accident.  Am I ‘At-fault’ ?  What if the other vehicle is uninsured?  What happens now that I’m injured?
